Get a free treat for signing up for a Panera Bread company rewards card. This is a trial thing right now so those lucky people in Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Oregon, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington will get to try this out long before the rest of us.

You get a free treat after you register your card and you get a second treat on your birthday!

It looks like you can get points for eating at Panera, but since the rewards program isn't fully worked out yet, it doesn't say what kinds of points or what you can get with them. But start getting the points together now anyway because it's only a matter of time before they add in prizes on top of those two freebies.
